Payment of registration fees (in USD) can be made as follows :

• Additional 30 USD fee.
• Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Note Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming the registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that the registration fees were not credited in the Conference account on time.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows :

• Prior to December 20, 2016 – Full refund
• From December 21, 2016 until March 14, 2017 – 50% refund.
• From March 15, 2017 – No refund.

Any fees charged, 3% surcharge applicable to online payment by credit cards will not be refunded. Bank transfer admission fee (USD30) will also not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.

All approved refunds will be made within two months after the Congress is held.
